How Planit Made Reframe Women In Tech 2024 a Two-Day Success - A Case Study
At Planit, we understand the importance of creating memorable events that inspire and exceed expectations.
Recently, we had the opportunity to support Tech Returners with the delivery, production, and conference delivery of Reframe Women In Tech 2023.
The brief was to expand the conference from a one-day event to a two-day event, accommodating 750 delegates, 2 x breakouts, 1 x creche, 2 x floor expos, 47 sponsors and partners, 55 speakers, and a drinks reception.
To make this happen, we worked closely with our suppliers, including Lancashire County Cricket Club, Sterling, City Furniture Hire UK, Funky Furniture, Conference Badges, Sweetheart Nannies, Ben Harrison Media, Ingenious Video, Love2Brand, and our own Planit Project Management team.
The result was a two-day experience that not only met but exceeded previous years' expectations.
Attendees left inspired, and our client was thrilled with the positive feedback received. Our team took care of all aspects of event production, supplier management, and conference delivery, allowing Tech Returners to focus on what they do best - inspiring women in tech.
