We started Planit Live because we believe the way people are treated behind the scenes shapes everything the audience feels.

Founder Joseph Charlton has been in events for over fifteen years. As one of eight, he grew up surrounded by big family chaos, parties and community, and fell for events watching J.Lo in The Wedding Planner.

He’s also seen the other side. Agencies where people burned out and left within months. Owners who told one story in public and another behind closed doors. Clients paying markups they never saw. Venue and supplier teams treated like they didn’t matter.

There needed to be a better way, and Planit Live exists to be the agency Joseph always wished existed.
