THE CHALLENGE

Littler wanted to strengthen its position as a truly European firm while delivering tangible business outcomes from a flagship international event.

The objectives were to:

  • Elevate awareness of Littler’s European capabilities

  • Create meaningful networking between clients and lawyers across jurisdictions

  • Generate new business opportunities and cross-border engagement

  • Demonstrate internal capability to both US and European colleagues

  • Reinforce Littler’s international positioning of “local everywhere”

This engagement required more than flawless delivery; it needed content, speakers and structure to do the heavy lifting.

This project was content-led, with production and logistics designed to support the story Littler wanted to tell.
